VortexCause is a co-op tower-defense game. This policy explains what data the game processes when you sign in and play online. We keep this to the minimum needed to run multiplayer.
VortexCause is developed by an independent developer. For any privacy questions, contact: martin@eero.dk.
Only to provide multiplayer functionality: signing in, hosting/joining games, and inviting friends. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it except as needed to operate the game through Epic Online Services.
The game uses Epic Online Services (Epic Games) for login, sessions, friends, and networking. Your use of EOS is also governed by Epic's own privacy policy and terms.
Session and presence data is transient and not retained beyond your play session. We do not maintain our own separate database of player accounts.
Friends and presence access is optional and consent-based. You can decline it (invites simply won't be available), and you can stop using the online features at any time.
The game is not directed at children under the age required by Epic's terms in your region.
We may update this policy; the “last updated” date above will reflect any changes.
